Im trying to work out how to remove the big main (white) cog from the gear box on the regulator motor.

I have 2 variants of motors, one just had a cir-clip holding the large plastic gear (driven by screw) onto the shaft of the smaller metal gear (that drives window arm)

The other has rubber inlay in the white cog and no visible way to release the gear.
