I've got a set of D2 alloys sitting here that belong to my son.
I'm sure he would be happy to sell them.

						SupporterHi All,
I've been constantly looking for some new alloys for the D2, but I absolutely cannot find any (decent) brands or places that provide 5x120 offroad alloys. Does anyone have any places they've used or can recommend? I know a bloke on the FB AULRO group got a blank set of Dirty Life rims but again I havent been able to find places that will do blanks.
Cheers

Short of buying beadlocks or secondairs, you wont find better alloys for offroading than the factory alloys. They're super strong and they have absolutely benchmark bead retention. All aftermarket wheels that I have seen have stupidly little bead retaining lips.

Yep agreed. Awesome wheels. I cannot imagine breaking one after what I have put mine through. And yeah bead retention is fantastic. I have had tyre shops complain about how hard it is to get the tyre off due to that. Cheers

SupporterI'm gonna make a dumb comment and say that i really only wanted alloys for the style factor... I love the style of the factory alloys, I just can't get over how far inside the guards they sit and I wasn't sure on running (bolt on hubcentric) spacers for offroading. I want to ideally run 285/75 r16's or even bigger down the track, so I know this will make for a wider more aggressive stance, but potentially not the same result as aftermarket. I love the "fat" 5 spoke alloys (white background) as mine came with the ones shown in the other photo, so I would go for a set of those.

SupporterThose are both 16x7 rims. If you want to run 285/75-16 then you really need to be looking for 16x8 rims.
If you want LandRover ones, then Disco2 or Range Rover P38 rims will fit. They're dimensions are the same.
I run 285/75-16 on factory 16x8 rims as a daily and 34x11.5-16 which measure as 35.2x12 in practice for offroad.
If you want wider rims, there are plenty out there. Factory are offset by +57, so you would want a smaller or even negative offset depending on how much you want to modify the Disco.
Cheers
