The time has come to plan a big trip. We've decided to fore go upgrading to a D3 in favour of a good off-road trailer. So now begins the work of upgrading the D2 for the long haul around the country next year.

So on the list are:
Long Ranger tank
New dual battery setup + rear anderson plug (current system won't feed a rear plug) - I'll get the Traxide system for this.
Winch - Does anyone know if a Warn 9.5XP will fit an ARB Sahara bar?
New springs and shocks - out go the OME's as they are not strong enough for the larger tank, trailer and a winch at the front, so if anyone wants some used springs and shocks, I'll probably be pulling htese out later in the year. The next question is then Bilstien or Koni and which springs to get? I'm thinking I'll get poly-airs and heavy progressives in the rear or would linears be better? (I don't have SLS)
Diff and steering guards (been meaning to get these for a while now)
New tyres (this will be the last thing I do)

So if anyone feels like adding to my list, pointing me at a good supplier etc... feel free to do so
