    D2 Auto Acting Wierd

My D2 has started not loving changing down... from top to 3rd. It operates pretty normally generally until you get to a hill then the revs just keep falling until it almost stalls. If you hit the pedal hard it will cahnge down but just seems to be hanging in there a little longer. Is this a sign, it had transmission serviced 4000k ago!

IF your model has a kickdown cable - then check that it has not come loose ..
(I think some later year models do not have the cable from memory)

If it does need adjusting .... go back to the service center and get THEM to adjust it

No kick down cable on a d2

MAF sensor played up on mine & caused the engine to surge which then caused the auto to do all sorts of strange things,
    Yours does sound different though

    Maybe throttle position sensor....

You know, that MAF is something I am going to shove in the tool box because my D2 is generally running a tiny bit rough, and a cuople of spare sensors I reckon are probably a good tool to have. It kind of does feel like a general lack of functioning brain power rather than a gummed up, worn out damaged part thing.

It coughs on LPG when in high gear at low revs - I am wondering if that is MAF or O2 too!
