gday how do you getthis inner gaurd off? on a d2 is that all you have to take off or does the whole gaurd need to come off

With a thin screwdriver blade work loose the plastic retainers that look like a nail and washer then you can do the rest with your fingers. The inner guard will come out. You do not need to unbolt the metal guard.
