    Greetings All

I've e-mailed Bell Auto twice via their web link re ifo on intercooler hoses and EGR kit but so far no response. I dunno if this is a Firefox thing or I'm disappearing into a black hole or what. Is there an easier way to contact them, B-A-S if you read this please PM me. Am I the only one with this problem.

    Deano.

It seems the Silicone hoses are not on the site at the moment

Hi guys, I just received my hoses and EGR blanking kit from Pete yesterday, and have been talking to him on email - using firefox btw.
Anyway, look under 'news' on the bellautos website, and you'll see the gear.
Now I just need to figure out how to get in there and fit the stuff!! Cheers

Gday All,fitted my silicon hoses today and was surprised to find that after 200k the hoses I took off were fine.Got the turbo side replaced under warranty by L/R at 20k.
So no noticable difference but atleast they've been replaced.New rad and intercooler next, doing EGR tommorrow.
    Cheers Ean

Yeah - my hoses were fine too after 140k kms - but I still think the silicon hoses have much less flex which has to be a good thing... one trouble I had was getting the hose-clamp on to the intercooler outlet as neatly as I'd like because there's not much clearance with the fatter silicone hose on. I hope it'll be ok...

    intercooler hoses

Found out yesterday after speaking to some one about the hoses is they were change in the 2002 2003 models to a better stronger hose I thing they have a red or white line in them and do not have the problems of delamernating. So depending on what year your car is will mean you may have the better hoses

    Hi Pete
    Just ordered mine.
Replaced the originals with 3 ply items and I am not happy.
Had a couple of blow off's with heavy duty wide clamps.
Will replace them with the STD clamps.
What is that spring type spacer/tensioner in the STD clamps for?
I can easily get the NORMA clamps but not the springy thingy.

    Hows it going boys,

This is my first post on here.

Just received my silicon hoses this morning. I have a question....I can see where the two dog leg hoses are to go, but the elbow, Where does it go?

I have never really played about with engines before.

    Cheers in advance

The elbow goes onto the turbo and pipe.
Same size s bend goes onto same pipe and intercoolers.
Odd sized pipe goes to intercooler and inlet manifold.
Be carefull when working on the pipe betwen turbo and intercooler.
There is a small pipe attached to it that goes to valve for the waste gate.
It is easiest to unbolt the valve and remove the small pipe, then work on the hoses. Put everything back together again then bolt the valve back on.
