    They were bent a bit causing the bushes to flog out

    Gees Baz, how did you do that? They look like solid arms in the first place...actually better check mine. Never checked them for straightness...

    Does anyone actually make upgrade front control arms?

    hes really good to use as an R&D tester! if he cant break it its bullet proof and someone in the uk was making alloy front D2 arm...

    Are they front or rear?
    I think the rears in the d2 are similar to the front (not the tube style)
    You must drive that d2 pretty hard

    QT Services make castor corrective front arms for a D2.

    Don't know how I bent them Angus, so many places, so many big thumps

    Aaaahhhh yes, I used too, I've tamed things down a bit, because of this type of damage.

    Front and rears are the same type, these are rears

    Makes you wonder about the last 2 wheel alignments done on the car

    I've bent mine also, but like you I think the bushes flogging out is from using them offroad heaps and articulating them until they wont articulate any further. I bought some replacements from Bundalene.
