    Disco 2 Nudge Bar brackets

Hi all, new to this site, wish I found it years ago.

Have just bought a genuine LR nudge bar (A bar) to suit my 2000 td5 Disco. Unfortunately didn't come with mounting brackets. Can't seem to find any available so will need to fabricate some.

Does anyone have a diagram, photo or even a description of what the brackets look like? Will save much time in trial and error.

    Cheers, Jody

    Here ya go,

They fit around the end of the chassis rails using the same bolts / locations as the crush cans, then the bottom piece (slotted bit) is welded onto the bottom and extends forward to "just" behind the bumper face. The welded piece is in the centre of the bracket

Ive been after an A bar for a while but unsure about the fitting as the front was "upgraded" with the D2a? -- Is the fitting the same as the earlier <2003 models?? Thanks.

I'm looking for the same thing. Been quoted $180 the pair out of a broken-up install kit which seems a heck of a lot cheaper than having to muck around with fabricating from scratch.

Good Day Newdog, Have you had any luck fabricating these brackets? I ran into the same problem, bought a nudge bar and no brackets came with. Cheers GP
