It doesn't look too bad.
Maybe a couple of new crush cans, RH panel and a bit of bonnet bashing along with a new headlight will fix this hopefully.

Headlight didn't even break in the stack so all good

Looks like it might be a write off Panel beater isn't confident but will have a proper look over the next few days.

Murphy's law being what it is, that damn disco was nearly perfectly set up for my needs. Ah well, it is what it is. Might have to get myself a manual next

Go to another shop and get a 2nd opinion.

Tell the assessor you want the option to buy it, as long as it's not listed as a statutory write-off.
Then you can repair it, or use it as a donor for your next one.
