I got quite a surprise when pulling up to the ‘croc tent’ on Cape York - two disco 2s! That’s mine in the middle, didn’t know the owners of the other 2 - had a great chat of course! I have blanked out faces and number plates cos I don’t know the guys in other cars - but if you are on here, say hi..

Hey all,
Just picked up this 99 TD5 D2 Auto, with 174,000kms, pretty well owned by a single owner. Purchased local and serviced through LR for it's life, and it's had lots of preventative maintenance done. Really well looked after overall.
Lots of plans for it, Nanocom and a good service will be the first! (and maybe CDL linkage). Will be turned into a 40/60 touring 4wd, eventually doing some longer and more remote trips.

Fitted an Alpine Halo F309 Head Unit & Reverse Camera.
Managed to get it at nearly half price as it has been superceded to the Wireless Apple Car Play version.
Surprisingly the standard speakers still sound pretty good.
Great to have Apple Car Play & Reverse Camera.
Waze helps me keep on eye on speed limits & cameras etc
