    Nanocom product id

    Gday All,just purchased nanocom and am trying to register it but cant get the products ID code correctly entered.Have entered the numbers on the box with no joy.Can anyone tell me where to find it.

    Once registered you are able to enter the downloads area.They supply a pin number and your email addy is your username.
    That will let you download the unlock codes for each feature.

    Thanks for the reply,but I cant register until I supply the product ID so I will ring Rovercraft and see if they can help.Do you know if the code comes up once you turn the unit on.I havent dont this yet as I didnt realise I have to buy a seperate power supply.

    Ean you should be able to plug the unit into the car and get it working off the car battery. Then run through the menu items to get NANOCOM SETUP; and you should be able to see the NANOCOM ID as one of the items. Select it, write it down and go back to the comp to register. ID code is case sensitive.

    If you have a Coleman re-chargeable lantern,the 240V re-Charger powers the Nanocom fine.As will any similar 12V power unit,just check that the polarity matches.
