Had some sliders made up for the D2 by Boxer, after seeing the ones he had made for his D1. Some piccy's....
Removed the plastic sill guards...(phone photos, sorry...)
Measure twice, cut once, adjust for the slight arc from front to rear, some welding and fiddling...
Mount them on...
Remove, a bit more welding and some black paint....remount...and voila...
Possibly adding a bit of checker plate at a later stage for grip when standing on them. Thanks to Boxer.
