Thread: Torx talk

I think I may need to replace the power window motor on the drivers door due to some nasty grinding noises it makes when I try to put it up or down. I've pulled the regulator & motor out of the door but don't seem to have the right torx driver to remove the motor. Does any one know what size it is? I've tried a T30 - too small & T40 - too big. Is there a T35 or some weird UK metriperial size in between?

Certainly is, the torx bits have many different sizes. I think from memory it is a T35. Cheers
