    ECU and Nanocom

Gday All, I purchased the nanocom software but had to come away with work so haven't been able to check it out..My question is can I get an ECU from another car and use nanocom to program the codes to be able toi use that ECU in my car.
Im sure there is a thread on this somewhere but the internet connection at sea wont allow me to access to many pages.
    Thanks and Cheers Ean

At the web :: Nanocom :: you have a pdf instructions at the downloads section that help you in that direction. And YES, it is possible to change to another ECU, but it is important to switch form Automatic-ECU to Automatic-ECU and the same for a non-Auto car. They are different ECU.

Furka is spot on Ean, we are doing this ourselves, we are going from the non flashable to flashable

Ours is a manual and there is a list of ECU part numbers in the Nanocom so you can choose the right one for your car, ours is NNN500020 and with this we seach for the correct map file to download onto it.

    Cheers Baz.
