Steering damper would be the first thing I'd be looking at.

Hi,
I found these videos on youtube that explains a little the problem that I have.:
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwiv23dLhMY"]YouTube - Death Wobble[/ame]
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7cEOPYQFTs"]YouTube - Death Wobble[/ame]
When the problems appear ?
- Firstly, to comment that the problem appear AFTER a slightly lift, from standard to 1.5".
- When I full brake, specially behind left turns on road at speed.
Thanks in advance.
pd: I have searched for 'wooble' and I do not have founded yet again in the forum.
Steering damper would be the first thing I'd be looking at.

Cheers Baz.

G'day,
After Redback's idea have a good look at things as it sounds to me like a caster problem.
Are all your bushs ect. in good condition?
Had a front end allignment since the lift? I know toe-in only but whats the angles?.
Was a tie rod removed for the spring fit?
Put a spanner over all the front end.
Mostly just thinking out-aloud.
Cheers.
Firstly, thank you all.
Well, this week I have maked an alignement and puted the front anti-roll bar. Surprisingly, the death wobble is now very light but it's here. I am waiting to put a winch and perhaps, with the higher weight at front the posible caster problem will disappear. If not, I will unmount de lift and re-mount the original springs but in Heavy Duty specifications, and stay on standard height.
Have a good look at the Panhard rod bushes.
Mine got so bad about a year ago after a hard off road trip, I had to hold the front end together with a Ratchet strap to get home
I have changed the steering damper and the wooble i soooooo light that the problem practically is solved. I have anti-rool bar mounted on front now, and it seems that helps too.
Look at your shocks and radius arm bushes too, they can cause a wobble if they are knackered.
Baz.
Cheers Baz.
