    Got the dreaded diesel leak

    Gday All,
Noticed the little trace of deisel from under the car when SWMBO drove off from the boat today so presume its the fuel pressure Reg.
Had a quick look and its coming from around that side of the car.

I only replaced it about 2yrs ago, is there an O-ring set-up or are they just a throw away item? I am sure there is a million threads on this but my skills on the Confuser are not the best.

    Thanks and Cheers Ean

There are threads Ean and they are 50/50 on replace O rings or renew regulator as a unit.

I did the unit and it was fine as per the tutorial on the site here - although my 2000 Disco was different to the 2003 Defender that it was shown on.

Thanks for the reply's,I know there is an O-ring in there, but the reg comes with the pipes fitted from memory and you connect the hoses, seems as tho this one is leaking from the fitting on the pipe.

Will order a new Reg tommorrow and be done with it.

    Thanks and Cheers Ean
