    D2 TD5 - Left Front "Rumble"noise at speed

I have just bought my first LR (hope its not a lemon) and noticed that at 80 - 100 km/h it develops a very bad rumble noise from Front Left. I have brand new tyres, had the balancing and the alignment checked and still it persists, any suggestions or ideas?

Jack up the front wheel and grab it top and bottom and see if the wheel has much play or movement..that will tell you if the wheel bearing is gone..

You shouldn't be able to rock the wheel much if any at all..

Also check your engine mounts..they have a hole in the bottom of the mounts and you should be able to see the rubber thru the hole...If the rubber is thru the hole or touching the hole then it could be your mounts..

    Something to check...
