    where to mount CB

    Hi everyone

Just looking around to buy a GME CB and got me wondering where is the best palce to mount it so
    1) no bugger borrows it when parked at the station
    2) easy to use, reach etc.

    Any help is appreciated

get the remote head one and stick the body behind the fuse cover flap under the steering wheel. run the extension to somewhere under the drink holders. you can then plug in the remote head when needed and keep it out of sight when not.

    hope this makes sense.

Yep, the remote head on my TX 3400 is up behind the drink holder thingy - above the "how to select low range etc" placard.

Aaron, I was in at Prestige Comms yesterday, saw one for the first time and man those 3100's are tiny - amazing unit, would probably fit in a coin holder, lol!
