Thread: Steps to install a flashed ECU

Hi,
I have a 99 disco, TD5 auto.
I have just bought a new flashed ECU,
and have access to a nanocom (thx Frenchie)
but neither of us know the steps involved in installing the ECU.

I know we have to read the injector codes off the old ECU

Install the new ECU

and recode the injector codes into the flashed ECU, somehow

but can anyone make this even simpler for me?
And is there anything else I need do, security codes and the like
