I was actually addressing Mools question. While the test procedure doesn't specifically address your precise situation it should give you some useful information about how the MAF/ECU is behaving.
Run the tests with the nanocom hooked up and logging. If there is a problem with the ECU rolling over once it exceeds a maximum value you'll see this reflected in the Nanocom logging.

I just realised that because I have an Alive Tuning Booster Box installed, there's a good chance that the Nanocom Evolution can't actually tell me my peak boost pressure as it gets it's signal from the ECU and the Booster Box is altering the signal that the ECU is receiving... Going to tap a Specometer Boost gauge in today and see what that tells me.
