Just updated my Nanocom 1 to Ver 2.07 firmware (from 2.06) - all working fine. Vast performance and capability improvement over 2.05 and earlier.

    Thanks BBS Guy.

    Thanks gask

All part of the service and your comments of appreciation of our efforts make them all the more worthwhile.

It's really very important for us to ensure that Nanocom one owners appreciate that although we did not supply them with their systems ourselves, we absolutely do not and will not differenciate or regard them as some unwanted and orphaned inheritance. Whatever changes or improvements we are able to introduce will be shared equally where applicable.

And the best part is, we are only but just warming up.

    Don't worry mrx7

We get a few customers every week who lost or forgot their login details, so you are sure not the first, you may however be the first to apparently join a forum to ask for help because of it though

Normally folks just send us an E-mail using the provided support e-mail addresses, to which we then reply, telling them they can just submit a new registration and get new login details

All very quick and simple and easier to get the download from the site than as an e-mail attachment.

If you have any problem, send us a mail and my staff will surely help you

    Hope this helps

You'll need a programmer to install the 2.07 update. If you don't have the programmer I'm happy to install the update if you or your nanocom can make it down to Brunswick.

    cheers

    Hiya mrx7

    Can you possibly elaborate some?
Ie what system and function are you trying to access when you are getting this communication error?

Is it permanent, as in you can never access this or is it just occasionally?
