    Errors V2.08

Hi Everyone but mainly to Colin "BBS"
I just recently purchased the programmer & quartz to update the Mk1 Usb version.
Everything went well Hardware & software however when i switched on the unit
i was dissapointed to see the language mistakes like in previous versions
    as from V2.03 onwards
I spent almost 1 day using the language pack software loading Bin file then
edditing all the spelling mistakes YES - NOT instead of YES - NO & double entries like FRONT LEFT FRONT LEFT in stead of using LEFT & RIGHT in the Discovery Valeo BCU section, when i was satisfied
i sent the file to Mattia "nanocom" who then generated the V2.05
The worst thing which i'm really annoyed about is the Language Pack software does not work with the V2.08
I can't understand why BBS didn't consider using the fixed text as in the V2.05 ?
in the meantime i've pointed out this issue to BBS and waiting for a software to fix the language errors.
    Kind regards
    Vince

    Hiya Vincenzo

I am sorry about your disappointment and annoyance regarding the spelling and typos still being present in the Nanocom one and the fact that the retro usage of a Language pack option, even another better English one that fixed the spelling and Typos is something that was lost when we had to change to direct programming.

But at the time we were struggling just to find any way possible to fix the broken upgrade process and the loss of this particular language pack nicety seemed like a small price to pay for fixing the broken upgrade path and giving us the ability to add the missing systems and fix functional bugs as a matter of priority.

As soon as we are sure any and all functionality is sorted we will of course then look to sorting smaller stuff like spelling and Typos.

Maybe we can even find a new way to re instate retro installation of Language packs.
