    Hey Ho Paul

    I have very good news on this oddity you so graciously reported.
    And my humblest thanks for putting me onto it.

    For sure you are spot on, it does indeed exist and so you are definitely not going crazy and is actually without any describable pattern.

    For sure it is one of the worst and most horrible bugs to track down in being one that affects only a few units and occurs totally at random.

    For us fixing any bug is very satisfying, but somehow these more difficult ones are even more so

    It is not totally found and fixed yet, but me and Mattia worked real hard today to beat this beast of a bug into a very tight corner and we would already have had it beaten if my ISP did not play up this afternoon. I seriously doubt it will survive past tomorrow.

    And does all the D2 4.0 have Mototronic?

    In other words if you have a D2 4.0 V8 you should get the Nanocom Evo for Mototronic?

    The Bosch Motronic Engine Management System was introduced in to P38 Rangies in 1999 and all Disco 2 V8's.

    If/when you order a Nanocom from BBS, you will see that is the only option for the Disco 2 V8.
