    Discovery 2 P codes

    The following list of P codes is taken from Land Rover's Topix support site. These are applicable to the Discovery 2 and the majority of the codes are specific to the V8.

    The codes listed below are Land Rover specific and should take precedence over generic P code descriptions.

    The P07xx P18xx codes relate to the Automatic Transmission ECU and are applicable to all D2 Auto's.

    Attached is a compilation of diagnostic flows for all the Land Rover P codes listed in the above post.

    Some diagnostic flows cover more than one fault codes, so I have created bookmarks for each code.

    To make use of this information you will need a diagnostic tool, a multimeter and a copy of the D2 Electrical Library pdf

    The section 5 of the Electrical Library pdf contains "connector views" which will allow you to identify the location and pin numbering of the connectors referenced in the Diagnostic Flows.
