    help with obd

    on the obd i got a code 03 what well cause this cause my check engine light and abs light is on and trying to get it pass emissions and safety here in Utah usa
    and its a 1991 land rover range rover 3.9L country

    what side of the engine is it on if you have the hood open and standing in front of the vehicle facing the engine
