    Nanocom Issues

Ok, now looking for some advice with the older Nanocom system.
It works fine in standalone mode, but have always had issues with it in remote / laptop mode.
Usually after playing with it for a while it will hook up remotely.
Can not get it to hook up at all atm, I have tried all ports on the laptop and tried all com port numbers.
I have not used it this way in over 18 months. What am I missing or not doing.
    Cheers

I'll be watching this thread with interest.
I have had a similar issue since my note book was rebooted(after a virus shut it down).

Ever since I can't get the nanocom to talk to it even with the latest driver download.
It still works on a gifted laptop fine in remote mode.
    Cheers, Kyle

I had this problem with mine a while ago, downloaded the latest driver but more importantly, I was using it in stand alone mode and somehow I must have told it to start in standalone mode every time. I cancelled that and it works fine now, only it hangs sometimes when switching between programs on the nanocom (might be a software bug).
    Hope this helps
