Thanks BBS Guy. I don't know if you're aware but other users also have reported on your forum the inability to clear faults on various single ecus in stand-alone mode.

The downside of discussing this in this thread is that it has very little to do with the original post, being a minor programming hiccup rather than a general or significant difference between the 2 devices.

Just another day for BBS spent doing what many members here know full well is what we do.

We eat bugs for breakfast and fully enjoy doing so knowing that with each one we improve our products.

Sometimes we have to dig deeper than usual to find them, but then that makes them all the sweeter.

Your problem may well have been sorted in house and seem to have little to do with a thread that compares any BBS equipment from others.

But i believe that in raising your problem here, however insignificant and to a point of getting a solution will certainly show in accordance with the origional question that started this thread that there is at least a huge difference between suppliers, in that only BBS appear to have the confidence to be so publically accessible and ultimately answereable for our products.

    Hiya Steve

I surely owe you a most sincere apology for forgetting about you when i made that comment.

My only defence is that i have been the only one to publically represent what we do for so long that after a glass or two of grape juice i can get a bit forgetful when writing.

As such i must express a huge thank you and due appreciation for correcting me.

I hope all goes well with you and the IID developments.

BTW, we too struggled with the front PDC issue, trust LR to screw things up.
