Key programming with Hawkeye - Disco 2

    G'day.

First post, been reading since buying a 1999 Disco 2 in Oct 2012. Garnered plenty of useful info so far but can't find an answer to this.

Wondering whether key fobs can be programmed using Hawkeye, and if so, in what menu? Sir Google suggests many people are in fact doing it but instructions are never given.

I've looked through the menu and nothing seems obvious and Bearmach says "no information available".

    I'm stumped,
    ballbag.

Security menu, then transmitters. You'll need to have the entire bar code of the key, though there are ways to get it from the six digit code inside.

Seems so simple. Thank you, sir.

I have the codes. Any traps for young players I should be wary of? I'd hate to brick it.

I don't think you can brick it. Have all of your remotes handy, because you need to activate them all so that it knows which slots are empty to put the new barcode in. If you don't have them, they might get deleted.

Enter all of the characters, even the asterisks. If you have spaces on the hawkeye after you're done entering the barcode, leave them blank or default or whatever. It will ignore everything after the last asterisk.
