Td5 nanocom log shows 32 psi boost ????
Can that be right, I thought they only went to 1.3 bar / 18 psi before overboost was registered. (without a boost box)
I have a MY05 Td5 110 Defender
Stage1 Tombie remap
No EGR, No cat , exhaust = 2.5" to 3" hotdog to 2.5" tail pipe
Airbox mod with 3" inlet hose
Safari Snorkle
Alisport Intercooler
Standard Turbo, with Wastegate rod shortened 1.5 turns
I logged the result because of a strange phenomenon,
It seems to run better & lower EGT's with a Toyota Precleaner head than with a RAM head ??
you would think the precleaner more restrictive than the ram, thus higher EGT's ???
Anyway the Turbo pressure readings of up to 220kpa / 2.2 bar / 32psi are not what I expected, or am I misinterpreting the spreadsheet ??

@100kpa of that will be atmospheric pressure.
220-100 = 120 which is about 17.5psi

If you are a windows user, it's worth getting//downloading Td5 Graphic View CSV. It's a version of the old Nanocom app which supports the Evo CSV file format.

However it was simpler than I thought....

Luca has changed his site around since I posted up the link so the old one is broken. Thanks for the update Peter.
