Its not scrambled its just in .csv format
You will need to do an import from .csv this is how you have to do it.

Or just highlight column A, then go Data (from the menu), Text to Columns, choose semi colon.

    Should do it.

The nanocom uses a semicolon as a delimiter between fields in the .csv files. If you use excel, file > import and then select semicolon as a delimiter.

Excel 2007 is fine for the job, I just missed a step out.

From where you were, highlight column A (click where it says A in the top left hand corner of the grid)
Then choose "Data" from the menu at the top.
Then choose the "Text to Columns" button.
From the box that pops up, choose "Delimited", go "Next"
On the next screen choose the "Semi Colon" option only
    Hit "finish.
