Is Torque available to iPhone? It seems to be the most supported app.
Just got a Bluetooth obd2 dongle yesterday, paired up to my Toshiba AT100 running Torque. Works nicely with the Santa Fe, and with the D-max. Going to try Dads D2a tomorrow and see if anything comes out.
It's a pity apple want to charge devs to allow use of the Bluetooth, forcing them to resort to WiFi instead.

					Good to know.
All vehicles post 2006 (I think) are required to be fully OBD2 compliant, and therefore readable by generic devices. Some vehicles still throw a curve ball though.

Petrol engine vehicles post 1996 and diesels post 2005 have OBD-II.
The D2 V8 has full OBD-II coverage of the engines, but the Td5's only have 3-4 real time PID's that can be accessed. You can still read and clear fault codes on the Td5 ECU using OBD-II readers.
This is what the D2 Td5 reports over OBD-II:
- Trouble codes and on board test information
- Calculated Load Value
- Engine RPM
- Vehicle Speed
- Absolute Throttle Sensor position
The last 4 are realtime PIDs.
cheers
