I also have no experience with this system, but am however very familar with the workings of the TD5 ECU.
Looking at the bottom of your picture, i see that there is a SEED / KEY error.
As such, it seems that this equipment is not sucessesfully getting past the anti access security of the TD5 ECU you have connected.
All i can do is detail how this works.
To diagnostically access some higher level functions in the TD5 ECU, you have to first pass a security check.
This involves requesting a seed which is then given by the ECU in the form of a randomly generated number between 0 and 65536.
You then have to mathematically manipulate this number in a secret way that can involve normal maths, boleean logic and any combination of the two that does not have to be reversible to come up with a numeric answer that you then have to send to the ECU. If you get it right then you gain access, if not than you have to wait a while and start all over again with a new seed.
This manipulation is known as a Cypher and of course changes for different ECU's.
As a guess i would surmize that the gelletto is using the wrong Cypher for the ECU you have connected.
I think you really need to contact Gelletto or your supplier about this.
