    L322 fault reader

I need a tool that will read faults and clear minor faults in my td6.Nothing too elaborate, just so i don't have to take it to my mechanic for every little thing.Be good if it did td5s as well.Any suggestions?

I'm waiting for my iid tool to arrive from pommyland.
It does just about everything for the L322.
Have a look at gap-diagnostics.com,it will tell you all about them.
I'm getting mine from island-4x4,not crap part.

There's a couple of others, but they dont do as much as the iid tool from what I've read. There all so cheaper, but not by much.

    cheers

Would highly recommend IIDTool . Back up service is second to none.

If you want to do the TD5 and TD6 and you are just after faults, reading and clearing for DIY service, get Hawkeye. It can do some programming but not much.

IID Has it advantages but it also has it's downfalls. There is not a complete code list, and often you just get the 4 digit code, which in the middle of nowhere on Saturday afternoon is not helpful.
I'm also finding several of the advanced functions still don't work. Where TF is the transmission adaptive reset?

Compared to what I'm using for our other car, these just don't compare. So if you want the full beans you need FaultMate from BBS.
