    Rovergauge linear MAF reading missing.

    Hi All, I have a question regarding the Rovergauge reading on my 1991 classic.

    Everything seems to work as expected except for the Linear MAF reading which has no readings at all, ever!?

    The direct reading seems to be functioning correctly but that is all.

    Any solutions or info regarding this would be much appreciated.
    Note I have not noticed this problem on previous vehicles.

    Cheers

    Rovergauge maf readings

    Does your MAF line show 0% or is the readout numeral blanked out ?
    Any pics?

    I have a lowish reading in direct at 27%,research on the tvr site pistonheads,and a few others say the maf reading for a 3.9 should be reading about 30-32%,so i thought that low MAF outflow voltage might affect mixture at idle,seems ok tho.
    Chasing this today,I tried two different mafs ,chinese copies today,all readings the same in rovergauge,3% for me in linear,27% direct at idle.
    Can i suggest trying a different maf in your rangie to compare the linear reading.
    If its the same as mine,i've put it down to vagaries in my cable fabrication and possibly the comm to rovergauge might be at play here
    Cheers Westy
    Hows the o2 sensor install going?
    I'm running open loop currently(green tune resistor),loving the smoother idle

    Hey Westy,

    I finally finished the close loop install yesterday. Was a bit booty fab in the end but it works with only one minor hiccup.

    I still have no linear reading on the rover gauge;

    Everything seems to be working, but each time I cycle the ignition on/off on a new start I get the following fault code;

    If I clear this fault it does not return until I cycle the ignition.
    I have noticed that it takes approx 10 seconds before the fuel trim commences from ignition.

    The tune resistor was originally the red unit but I replaced it with the white tune resistor for closed loop.

    Not really sure what to do or if i even bother worrying about it as it seems to be working and trimming lots of fuel!!!

    I also just notice I have no feedback for idle mode or target rpm?
    As in both them screen shots the vehicle should have idle mode indicator?
