I am not sure whether these guys can do for you this job but they might be able to help with some advice or direction. They are in Ballarat and are very good in what they do:
Steve Smith Motorpro, Wendouree 3355, Ph. 03 - 5338 1654.
They made my Quantum Blue tune and it is excellent. Hopefully it helps.
