I purchased a BT version from the same mob.
I purchased on the 6th May and next day I received an email confirming that payment was received and the order was being "processed".

I waited a few days and then send another enquiry request and this time I also sent a similarly worded request to their "sales" email address (still being very polite).....no response. In every correspondence I included the order number as a reference.

It has been 12 days since I placed my order and all my attempts to contact them so far have been ignored

Has anyone else had any problems with lack of feedback from these guys?
