Engine data scan or EDS tool anyone used one on a 2012 0nwards defender

I was wondering if anyone has used the EDS scan tool that 4wd Action are flogging? I am after a review really!!
Cheers Jason

Hi Jason and welcome...
Firstly.. I would suggest changing your forum name (speak to a mod) or you'll be getting a tonne of spam once a search engine finds it!!!
Look at better stuff like Nanocom, IID or even consider a BAS RRS2 unit - does fault reading, and remapping -

Hi Guys and thanks for the advice!
I bought the EDS anyway as it was $150 with a dirty gear bag and 10 issues of the mag. I spoke to my mechanic he said its useful as a multi gage as the defender is a little basic in that way.
When it arrives I will see how it goes. Once its out of warranty I will look into a remap or chip and the scan tools you suggested. I had a 09 BT50 that I chipped up to 147kw and got about 12% saving on fuel. It was only $130 and made in Germany, didn't void the warranty either.
Land rover aren't so keen on mods under warranty, they don't even like an auxiliary fuel tank going in.
Cheers
