I have a question for those "Map Specialists" among you.
I'm very interested in learning about how my Defender Td5 ECU works, just for fun. I'd never dare to change those maps by myself, I would be too afraid to break something...
A friend of mine has some experience in WINOLS but since he is a Volkswagen TDI driver he doesn't know too much about Land Rover ECUs. Searching through a EU2 Td5 hexdump, he found 3 maps 17x17 he could not explain to me. His first thoughts were it could be duration maps but checking them against a typical VW duration map that he showed me there's not "too much" similarity.
I'll show you these two maps (VW and Td5) here. The axes of both diagrams run to the same direction for better comparison.
