Hi all,
Anyone heard from BBS Guy recently?
I have sent a few PM but not heard back. Maybe he is on holidays.
Cheers
Ralph

The return to work date is no longer on the nanocom website so I would say they are now back at work.

Hiya all
So who rubbed the latern then
As I just expressed in my reply PM to you Ralph, sadly, although I do the best I can, I do not always get to log in every forum I frequent as often as I would wish.
This would be a problem if it were not that BBS is not a one man band but an entire company of about 20 very devoted, dedicated, experienced and well capable staff, who are all more than capable of dealing with and handling most any problem on their own.
They can be contacted directly via many E-mail addresses, via the Dedicated support forums we run or better still via the contact us form on the Nanocom-diagnostics.com web site and typically respond in Minutes during working hours.
