Angry Td5 defender central locking issue after changing door trim

Hi all, so ive removed my door trim this afternoon to get to the door hinge bolts so i can tighten the side mirror's screws which are so conveniently placed behind the hinge. After tightening the screws ive put the door trim back on. NOW the bloody central locking wont lock, if i press down on the drivers door side lock it locks the car thens unlocks itself after a second , and if i press my lock on the remote it will beep twice as a door isnt shut followed by the alarm a few mins later. Cant for the life of me figure this out, the doors shut fully, nothing is obstructing the door, i even took the trim back off in case i missed something but everything looks normal. What did i miss? Have a look at the plastic button in the A pillar that controls the interior lights.
I am pretty sure that is what tells your as10 module that that doors are locked.

There is a metal plate attached to the door that pushes on the button when the door is closed.

The two beeps signal a 'mislock' which means the security module thinks that a door is open.
