    BAS Tool on non Landrover

    Got a “check engine” light come on in my ‘other’ car. (It’s a Kia)
    Any chance my BAS tool will read/clear it??
    Any risk I can stuff anything by trying?

    Really cheap dongles and apps are now available that cover a lot of cars, have you thought about going that route?

    Thanks yep, I’ll look for something else. Just figured if what I had would work then it would be even easier.

    $39 dongle from OBD2 Australia works on most cars even on my D3.
