I just bought a 2008 Freelander 2 JDM 3.2 petrol with a check-engine light on. PO171-00 and PO174-00. I had the same problem when I bought a 2004 Jaguar XJ6 (Ford motor) and when cleaning the MAF did not work (although it was filthy) I took it for a smoke test and discovered a vacuum hose was off. Tonight I took a flashlight to see if I could spot any hoses on the 3.2 petrol engine in the FL2, but no joy.

I did notice when the engine shuts off there is a whining noise for a while. https://youtube.com/shorts/BSjUSJ2r7...tvofjDZue53CEr. Here is a video of the sound (engine is off, it's a windy night)

This is the OBD finding (using an Autel MP808). Before I start spending money on MAF and O2 sensors, can anyone tell me what else to test or examine by eye?
