For anyone with an older Nanocom -

Dear Customers,

The Hardware Upgrade kit for the first series of Nanocom (no US is now available.
The upgrade allow the old units to work properly with the latest firmwares, and it fix the instability problems of that units caused by the temperature threshold too low.
For information about those problemsplease read this FAQ and this FAQ.

The Upgrade kit allow you to modify the Nanocom by yourself or with the help of someone that have a little experience with electronic devices and components soldering(don't be afraid it is very easy!). In this way you don't have to send the Nanocom to our workshop avoiding expensive shipping cost and all the risk related to that (especially for customer far from italy).

- The price of the Hardware Upgrade Kit is 26 euro (shipping and VAT included).
-The customer who will buy the Kit and install it by themself will have an extra warranty time of 6 month starting from the shipping date.

The Hardware upgrade can be installed by us in our workshop for free.
In this case the customer must pay for all the shipment cost and it will not have any extra warranty time.

The payments can be done in the following ways:
- Bank transfer in advance
- Paypall. This allow you to pay with credit card or rechargeable card or with all other Paypall payments. The customer will receive by Paypall a payment request by e-mail with a link to the Paypall web site page where the customer execute the payment.

To order the kit send us an e-mail to our mail account info@nanocom.it with your shipment address and the payment method that you prefer.

You can also find a video (avi format) that shows in real time the installation of the Kit, allowing you to evaluate if you want to modify the unit by yourself or if you prefer to send it to us. Of course the video has a very bad quality, please don't mind, it should only show you how mutch time this operation requires and how hard or easy it is for you. (video here)
