Seatbelt it is.
All fixed now.
I actually looked at those settings yesterday, and made some changes.......but they didn't write to the BCU, hence the chimes continued.
Cheers.

Thanks Paul,
Looks like I have the Picit2, so I am proceeding to upgrade the Nanocom.
The website mentions the pic needing to be reprogrammed, so I will need to find out about that from BBS.
Are you there Colin? can you advise?.
Thanks all for the help so far.:)
Cheers,
Terry
mail sent.
Well, all BCU problems are solved:)
I realised that I had to upgrade the Nano 1 to the latest 2.8 software, but the programmer I had was a pre BBS version, turns out not to be useable with the current BBS upgrade , so I bought the BBS programmer reasonable price considering that you get a couple more modules with v2.8.
After a small hiccup finding the upgrade software won't run on the old laptop running Win 2000 that I use for old programming software, the Nano 1 with upgrade was introduced to D2.
All is well and there is now a 'DISABLE' option for those pesky seat belt chimes, and the ecu write was as required with no sly unwanted changes done.
Credits should go to BBS, I think there would not be many companies prepared to support old obsolete equipment the way BBS do. Thanks Colin.:)
And thanks Paul for your input, I don't use the Nanocom a lot and didn't know there were upgrades after 2.5
Cheers,
Terry
