Well, the old V40 is getting on a bit and although it has been and still is a beautiful car, we are thinking of getting something newer. Don't want Korean, don't want Jap.
Been looking at the new gen 7 VW Golf wagon. Looks a very good package, similar size to the Volvo and well built and equipped. Anything to beware of? Iv'e heard some bad raps about the DSG 7 speed. Little 1.4 l motor with good power/torque for it's size.
Any thoughts appreciated.
