    Audi Q5

We have a new addition to our cars a friend of mines ex lease 2009 Audi Q5 3L TDI 139kms, its my partners new (second hand) car and she is really happy with it loves it!! It was just a deal we couldn't go past got it for a steal and i must say while the 20's make it a bit rough the bloody thing is a rocket ship and just unreal how good it is on fuel!! I personally dont like the look of it but the boss loves it and is happy with it so thats all that matters haha and its good for a quick drive but the D4 is just so quiet and smooth. The Audi has a bit of road noise and is pretty sharp steering and acceleration where as the D4 is perfect. Otherwise a great little car and hopefully keep it for a good while as she loves it so much Inside is nice black leather and wood trim doesn't look to bad just tint up the windows and it will be all good. Shame that it was so filthy my friends are not car caring people so the inside full of dog hair and just a mess!! But i spent a full day cleaning it all up and certainly looks great now was worth the day of cleaning for the price!!

Very noice! Do you have extended warranty? New fuel pump for the 3 litre diesel can cost around $12k (family member had one let go in a 3 litre diesel Q7). Am big fan of them nevertheless.. A similarly powered A5 fab long distance tourer... now wheres that winning lotto ticket?

    Nice car.

My second car is a 2008 Touareg with the 3litre 176kw/550nm diesel same as the Q7.

180k and the best vehicle I have owned to date.

Much sportier than the Disco, but the Disco does pip it in acceleration.

Suspension is much more firm, probably because it's not really designed for Offroad even though it has diff locks and low range.

I will continue with VAG group cars from now on.

Unfortunately its out of warranty by a long while and no extended warranty. But the thing is great on fuel fill it up and says 960km till empty on a 70L tank so keen to get it on the highway and see what she will do.

Well this thing has the 3L engine i believe close to the same stats as your Touareg bloody hell it flies!! Just kills the disco but riding on 20s and with sports suspension its pretty rough and a bit of road noise but the boss loves it!! And for $22k for a 09 model i just couldn't go past it!! But i dont intend it for any off road use just a car for her and the odd highway trip here and there but so far it seems awesome on fuel and awesome on acceleration! I'm starting to like it if I'm ever allowed a drive hahaha
