I'm just starting to get back into R/C helicopters, give me something to do if the Landy dosent need working on, the guy at the Local Hobby Shop showed me this vid on his iPhone.

Watching this literally sent a chill down my spine

Check the noise of this model of the Galloping Ghost that crashed at Reno

Its an all metal R/C Mustang using a 3 cylinder in line petrol engine,
Man if that dosent sound like the real thing, specially when the prop tips are breaking the sound barrier.

wow that is just incredible! wouldnt know it wasnt the real thing if were just listening to the sound! went to all british day yesterday, they had a merlin engine from a spitfire and turned it on. that is just a sensational noise!
