I'm interested. ( only proviso is I am not away with the job that day).
With some notice should not be an issue.

For those in the Brissie area - I was thinking we could do a run (LR convoys always look good) up to Caloundra to have a look at the Queensland Air Museum.
I haven't any date in mind yet, just gauging interest.
If people were really keen we could do the museum on one day of the w/end and a 4wd trip the other. Or perhaps make each a half-day ?
Check out the QAM website and I'm sure you'll agree it's worth a visit.

Sounds good to me, throw a date in the Schedules area and see what response is generated

weekend or weekday best ? If weekend - sat or sunday ?
(Personally if it was a w/end I;d prefer a SAT as all my sundays are pretty much filled one way or another).

As with all these trips, you can never make everyone happy, so if you're organising it, make yourself happy and see who falls in line that's what i do!!! 8O 8O![]()

OK when I get a chance I'll sit down and work out a nice back-roads way of getting there.
You can bet it won't be anything challenging coz it'll be Rangie cruising time.

Let us know when its on, could combine it with a GH Mountains trip maybe :?:
Hmm - not enough interest last time or it was lost in the ether or something. Anyway I have to plan it from scratch because... well, because I didn't actually plan bugger all last time around... Kicking myself for not going into town (Canberra) on Sun to watch the planes - Mustang, Spitfire, Kittyhawk, Meteor, Canberra, Catalina, Dakota, Roulettes, F18, F111, Chinook, Iroquiis, 707 and some other stuff - instead at home changing oils on a disco getting real annoyed by all the noise.
I am right into planes but live too far away!!
