Years ago I listened the unedited tower voice recording with the emergency services comms, for United 232 coming into Sioux City Gateway. For a long time I had been searching for the same piece, not realising it was (mostly) contained in this video.

For those interested it's an interesting talk (1hr 19min) by Captain Al Haynes and goes into the now widely accepted CRM processes used by many industries, and certainly by emergency services.
