Black Hawks up over Williamstown Newport.

Over the last few days, we have had Black Hawks flying over Newport and Williamstown. Even better the night flights are without lights. You hear them, echoing around and you can't see them. A few (idiotic) people complained about the noise. I think they sound great, even when the windows rattled, the kids loved them.
But then I've flown in Hueys so I am a little bit biased.

    Cheers all

I'd be out looking and listening, too.

I'm not ex-mil but I've had two flights in a Blackhawk - to and from Phillip Island off Norfolk Island when we were doing some remediation after the goats, rabbits, and rats were eradicated. They couldn't land as there was nowhere flat so it was a jump out and climb back in scenario.

    Loved it!

I've done the RHS front skid touching jump out on the side of a hill.
    Good fun
